The Boya BY-TX8 Wireless Transmitter for BY-WM8 Pro is a wireless transmitter designed for use with the BY-WM8 Pro-K1 wireless microphone set. The BY-TX8 is an extension of this kit and is ideal for interviews, ENG/EFP, film productions and more. This transmitter (equipped with an LCD screen) comes with an omnidirectional lavalier microphone as standard. One of the features of the BY-TX8 is its low distortion rate, which results in higher sound quality. Furthermore, the transmitter is compact and lightweight. The transmitter uses two AA batteries (not included), which can last for up to 6 hours. The transmitter has a range of 100 metres to the receiver when there are no obstacles in between.
Using the Boya BY-TX8 with the BY-WM8 Pro
The speaker wears the transmitter, which can be attached to a belt using the clip provided. You can then choose between groups A and B and select from 48 different channels. You can also set the sound level yourself and choose between line and microphone levels. There is a mute button at the bottom.
