The XCD 21mm is an ultra-wide-angle lens for the X-System. Its extremely short focal length is equivalent to a 17mm lens for 35mm or full-frame cameras, making it ideal for landscape and architectural photography. The lens has a minimum focusing distance of 32 cm (magnification ratio 1:10) and an aperture range of f/4 to f/32. The XCD 21mm also offers full autofocus as well as the option of direct manual focusing. As part of the X System lens range, its light weight and compact design make it the perfect companion for the X1D body. Like the other XCD lenses, the XCD 120mm macro lens features a built-in central shutter with a wide range of shutter speeds and full flash synchronisation up to 1/2000 second.
