The Hawke Endurance ED 13–39x50 is a particularly compact and lightweight spotting scope designed for demanding nature observation, travel and mobile use. Despite its handy design, it offers a variable magnification of 13x to 39x, allowing for both wide-angle views and detailed observations at greater distances.

The optical performance is based on high-quality ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass, which effectively reduces chromatic aberration and delivers a clear, high-contrast and colour-neutral image. This is complemented by fully multi-coated lenses and a dielectric-coated BAK-4 Porro prism system, resulting in high light transmission and excellent image sharpness.

The 50 mm objective lens ensures a balanced ratio between light gathering power and compact size. This keeps the spotting scope lightweight and portable, yet still delivers impressive performance even in difficult lighting conditions such as at dusk or in wooded areas.

The 45° eyepiece design allows for ergonomic use during extended observation sessions. The dual-focus system with coarse and fine adjustment enables quick target acquisition and precise refocusing. The robust polycarbonate body is rubber-armoured, waterproof and nitrogen-filled, reliably protecting the spotting scope from fogging and the elements.

With a length of less than 30 cm and a weight of around 830 g, this model is one of the most portable spotting scopes in its class and is ideal for hiking, travelling and versatile use.
