The HOYA Fusion ONE is a filter series based on the latest optical technologies from HOYA. HOYA, one of the world’s leading filter manufacturers, intends to use this series to replace, in the medium term, the PRO1D series – which has enjoyed great success for many years and is used daily by amateur and professional photographers around the globe for photography and film.
The designation "ONE" in the name has been retained as a tribute to the legendary HOYA PRO1D series. This serves to acknowledge the importance of these filters within the photography industry and for HOYA itself. HOYA PRO1D filters have accompanied photographers in their daily work for many decades, helping them to achieve unique creativity.
The HOYA Fusion ONE filters will join the HOYA range from the fourth quarter of 2018. The series combines all the high-quality core specifications of HOYA filters, such as multi-layer coating, extremely high light transmission, premium optical glass and a flat frame. In addition, compared to the Pro1D series, a new dirt- and water-repellent coating has been introduced, which meets the latest industry standards. This makes the filters a special recommendation for both amateur and professional photographers alike.
