Set off on an adventure with the new MindShift Gear BackLight Elite 45L from thinkTANK photo! With a total capacity of 45 litres, it offers plenty of space for a combination of photographic equipment and personal gear, plus a separate compartment each for a laptop and a tablet. Attachment points on the outside provide space for outdoor gear such as climbing ropes, ice axes, snowboards, skis or, of course, a tripod.
Waterproof zips and materials protect your gear on trips in extreme conditions. As with the other BackLight rucksacks, rear access also offers greater security when travelling, as your camera gear is protected behind your back. The BackLight Elite 45L is designed for extreme weather conditions. It features waterproof YKK AquaGuard zips, waterproof and tear-resistant Dimension-Polyant X-Pac sail laminate, pronounced lumbar padding and quick-drying rear ventilation. Material

The upper side of the BackLight Elite 45L’s outer material features a water-repellent DWR finish, whilst the underside is treated with a water-resistant PUR coating. The materials used include Dimension-Polyant X-Pac sail laminate, waterproof YKK AquaGuard zips, 420D rip-stop nylon, 320G ultra-stretch mesh, ribbed and perforated dual-density foam, durable nylon tarpaulin, 350G Air-Mesh, honeycomb Air-Mesh, perforated closed-cell foam, nylon webbing and 3-layer nylon thread.
Inside: Adjustable dividers made from closed-cell high-density foam – partly PE-reinforced, PUR-coated and reinforced Velex lining on the reverse, Hexa-Mesh pockets and 3-layer nylon thread. Seam-sealed rain cover made from 210T nylon with PUR coating on both sides.
