Rucksacks are the ideal solution for carrying heavy loads over long distances. However, accessing the contents from the front is not always easy. Usually, the rucksack is placed on the ground, which means that the carrying system and the back panel can get wet or dirty, depending on the environment.
Unlike traditional camera rucksacks, the BackLight 36L allows access to your gear from the back without having to take the rucksack off. To do this, simply rotate the rucksack round to the front whilst the hip belt is fastened and access the contents from the back. Due to its design, this also provides an added security feature when travelling, as the rucksack is not opened from the front.

Material
The outer surface of the BackLight™ is treated with a water-repellent DWR finish, whilst the underside of the fabric features a water-resistant PU coating. The materials used include, amongst others, the highest quality abrasion-resistant YKK® RC Fuse zips, 420D Velocity Nylon, 420D High-Density Nylon, 320G UltraStretch Mesh, 350G Air-Mesh, nylon webbing and 3-layer nylon thread.
Inside: 210D silver-toned nylon lining, Hexa-Mesh pockets, closed-cell Antilon foam and 3-ply nylon thread.
