Your Nikon Z camera not only supports the VR in your F-mount lenses – it enhances it. When using a lens with built-in Vibration Reduction (VR), the lens-based detection of tilt and pan movements is supplemented by the camera-based detection of roll, i.e. rotation about the optical axis. With an F-mount lens without VR, all types of camera shake – tilt, pan and roll – are compensated for by the camera.
With rubber seals at the connections to the camera and lens, as well as on all buttons and switches, the adapter is thoroughly protected against dust and splash water.
