Thanks to its built-in 60x zoom lens, it covers an impressive focal length range from ultra-wide-angle to super-telephoto and is ideal for travel, wildlife, sport, landscapes and everyday scenes.

Technical specifications

The Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ82D features a highly sensitive 1/2.3-inch MOS sensor with an effective resolution of 18.1 megapixels. The fixed LUMIX DC VARIO lens offers a 60x optical zoom with a 35mm equivalent focal length of 20 to 1,200 mm and an aperture range of f/2.8 to f/5.9.

The optical design comprises 14 lenses in 12 groups, including ED and aspherical elements to reduce aberrations. The integrated POWER O.I.S. image stabilisation minimises camera shake, particularly at long focal lengths.

The camera supports 4K video recording at up to 30 frames per second, as well as Full HD recording. Continuous shooting is possible at up to 10 frames per second, whilst the 4K Photo function captures image sequences at 30 frames per second. Additional features such as Post Focus and Focus Stacking are also available.

Features include a 3-inch touchscreen with 1.84 million pixels, a high-resolution OLED viewfinder with 2.36 million pixels, a USB-C port, a hot shoe and support for SD, SDHC and SDXC memory cards.
