A new version of the versatile Leash strap with numerous improvements

For most Enjoyyourcamera staff, the Peak Design Leash is the absolute best camera strap for smaller cameras. The Leash Black is part of the second generation of this strap. It offers a number of improvements compared to its predecessor. The new Leash has flatter snap fasteners. The matching anchor loops have slightly bevelled discs, which make them easier to snap into place. A brand-new feature is the ultra-flat Anchor Mount plate, which can be used to attach the Leash to your camera’s tripod socket. Furthermore, the strap itself is made from an improved material. It also features aluminium buckles and Hypalon finger loops for easy adjustment of the strap length.

Extremely versatile camera strap: can be used as a neck strap, shoulder strap or sling strap

The Leash offers great versatility, as it fulfils many different functions, making it a true all-rounder. The Leash can be worn as a neck strap, a shoulder strap or a sling strap. The sling strap option offers the greatest comfort: when worn as a sling strap, the Leash runs diagonally across the upper body, whilst the camera attached to the strap hangs slightly to the side of the body. In this configuration, you can access your camera in a flash at any time: simply grab your camera, bring it into shooting position and press the shutter. And thanks to its very smooth material, the Leash glides gently and smoothly over your clothing.

A perfectly engineered, secure fastening system with anchor loops and snap fasteners

A standout feature is the clever attachment system, which the leash shares with all other Peak Design straps. The system consists of the snap fasteners on the strap itself and the sturdy anchor loops for securing it to the camera. The anchor loops and snap fasteners are extremely securely connected, yet can still be detached from one another with one hand. Thanks to this system, you can attach the strap to your camera quickly and easily. Removing it is just as quick and easy. There are countless ways to attach the anchor loops to your camera: for example, you can attach the loops to the strap eyelets, or you can secure them to the camera’s tripod socket using the included camera plate. A combination of both is also possible.
