The Slide Lite is a slimmer version of the Slide and otherwise functions exactly the same – which naturally also applies to its versatility. You can wear the Slide Lite as a neck strap, a shoulder strap or a sling strap. Further features include high comfort, quick access to the camera and fold-out metal clips for one-handed length adjustment. Added to this is a comfortable yet very secure fastening system. All these features make the Slide Lite a perfect strap in every respect for medium-sized cameras such as the Sony A7 series and the Nikon Z or EOS R mirrorless cameras.

Flatter, more flexible, better grip

The latest version of the Slide Lite boasts many improvements in the details. The new rubber coating offers significantly better grip than that of the old Slide straps, and flatter webbing buckles give the strap an optimised profile. Furthermore, the strap no longer adjusts itself so easily, as there is now only a single layer of webbing running directly over the plastic buckle. With its grippy surface and redesigned, flexible padding, the strap is ideally suited to all photographic applications.

Secure attachment system with snap fasteners and anchor loops

A special feature is the clever attachment system that the Slide Lite shares with all other Peak Design straps. The system consists of snap-in fasteners on the strap and sturdy anchor loops for attaching to the camera. With the snap-in fasteners, you can attach or remove the strap in a flash, whilst the anchor loops can remain on the camera. Unbeatable when straps need to be swapped or used on different cameras. You have countless options for attaching the anchor loops to your camera: for example, you can attach the loops to the strap lugs, or you can secure them to the camera’s tripod socket using the included camera plate. A combination of both is also possible.

Flatter snap fasteners and anchor loops with slanted discs for easier engagement

The Slide Lite has flatter snap fasteners than its predecessor. The anchor loops have also been optimised. They feature slightly bevelled discs, which make snapping into place easier. The snap fasteners and anchor loops are backwards compatible with their older counterparts.
